We value your time and energy — and ours too! Please review our refund and rescheduling policy before booking.

💸 Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of production, all payments are non-refundable once your shoot begins.
• If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking (valid for up to 60 days).
• Cancellations within 72 hours of your session will result in loss of deposit unless due to emergency, at EyeSea Media’s discretion.

⏰ Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, free of charge.
• Additional reschedules may incur a $75 rescheduling fee.
• If EyeSea Media must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next earliest available slot, with no penalty.

🚫 No-Shows

• No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
• A no-show is defined as arriving more than 30 minutes late without communication or not arriving at all.
